6+ years working with Business Intelligence solutions, specifically with experience in the end to end development of ETLs using Informatica Powercenter and Oracle SQL and also with experience in dashboards development using data visualization tools like Qlik Sense and Tableau
First job once I finished my university studies, my main and current focus in Accenture is building ETLs ad-hoc to my clients requirements, mainly using Informatica Power Center but also worked with plain SQL ETL's and a little bit of AB Initio. Also experienced with data visualizations tools such as Qlik Sense (Certified in 2018) and Tableau, using the results of ETL and stored in data warehouses. During my first project assignment I performed QA tasks, such as Business Analysis, Test Cases Development and report/data testing using Teradata SQL and VB Microsoft Excel Macros to automate the validation between the test data and the expected output.
Main activities were to install OS to computers for further users use, configure the business network to assign IP ́s to PC ́s, helped troubleshoot user’s issues with their computers, make inventories of the equipment bought for the business.
Apart from being a BI Developer, I enjoy most of my time being outdoors. In the summer, I like going to Allende, N.L. where my grandmother has a ranch and just really enjoy being in the nature, have some morning mountain hiking and having fun with the family
When forced indoors, I like a lot to watch TV Series some of my favorites are Game of Thrones, Billions. I am also a Crypto Currency enthusiast which I strongly believe it will revolutionize the way we look at money/economy.
